The Incline...

i did the incline yesterday for the first time...



its a one mile ascent of a small part of Pikes Peak which has railroad ties all the way up that act as stairs.



it has an average uphill grade of 41% and a 68% grade at it's steepest middle section...


















the doctor said i popped my fallopian tubes...

how many times have you said to yourself,
